Step
1 - Contact us with your outline itinerary
If you already have a clear idea of the travel
arrangements you require, then telephone, fax, post
or e-mail your proposal to us.
Many of the itineraries in brochure are suggestions
to provide you with ideas and guide you on prices.
If there is a tour that suits your individual
requirements, please ask for a detailed itinerary,
which will provide information on a day-to-day
basis.
Step 2 - Discuss your
proposed itinerary
We recommend that you discuss your proposed
itinerary with us to ensure we fully understand your
requirements.
We will provisionally reserve international flight
seats (subject to availability), provide you with an
itinerary and quotation pack.
Step 3 - Complete the
booking form and return with a deposit
If you need more advice or have further ideas for
your itinerary, contact us again to ensure that we
create your ideal tailor-made trip. To confirm your
booking, complete the booking form and return with a
deposit of £250.00 per person.

Step
4 - Arrangements are confirmed
We will confirm the flight seats on the dates selected by you and confirm your travel arrangements.
Step 5 - Confirmation invoice forwarded
When the arrangements have been confirmed, we will forward a confirmation
invoice and the Silk Steps Destination Notes.
Step 6 - Balance to be paid
The balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to the departure date. We accept
sterling cheques, credit cards and debit cards and sterling bank transfers. A 2%
service charge will be levied to cover costs incurred when paying the balance
with a credit card.
Step 7 - Travel documents forwarded
Flight tickets and travel documents (including local contact details) will be
sent to you approximately two weeks prior to departure date from the UK.
